Lacrosse was a sport we got to know a little more about during Taylor’s photo shoot. Coming from New York, she started playing when she was in second grade. She continues to play on a league here. Although she is the type that would never admit it, we can tell that she has definite talent with this sport. She was a blast to photograph, and we wish her the best with her plans to major in special education.

Introducing our newest little niece

We are so in love with her already! She was born on my sister’s birthday weighing in at 9lbs and 6oz. She was such a sweetheart during her newborn photo and slept the entire time. Welcome to our family Ruby Clare!      xoxo

Each girl that we photographed at this session had a dream in mind, and the one written above was just one of them. They were a hoot and full of life. This family reminded me of my family and growing up as one of three girls. As my dad would say in a family full of girls, “3 strikes and you’re out!” Maybe the boys will come later for this family like it did in ours… and who knows… maybe one will be the President!

We have been in design mode lately.

Albums are at the top when it comes to our favorite product to design. It is a fun alternative of cherishing your images when the walls in your home are already studded with the people you love. We recently just finished our daughter’s 4 year album. Her face lit up when we placed it on our coffee table. As she looked through it, she asked when she is going to turn five so we can do her 5 year old photo shoot. 🙂 Here is a look into our most popular album. The Luxe Album. This one is designed as a 12 x 12 on pearl paper with a metallic cover.

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter!!

Hello Friends! We know… it’s been awhile, and we have been neglecting our blog. We will try to catch you up to what we have been up to:

The end of February was a wonderful trip away down to Florida to visit both sets of parents. March held birthday parties galore. We also signed our second child up for Kindergarten registration – sigh. She *does* act old enough for it (she’s almost 16 you know), but we’re not sure we are ready. Hearts at Home was a blast, and I got to enjoy a weekend away with my mom and sisters. *blessed.* Our nanny that we had (when we were expecting our 4th) got married! At the end of March, we enjoyed not being a slave to the time during a week of spring break. And now, here it is already April.

When we were in Florida, we got to photograph some old friends we hadn’t seen in awhile. It was wonderful to spend some time with them and meet their newest addition in their family. Sweet Lily turned 3 on the day of the photo shoot! We got to spend some time together photographing them near the beautiful Sanibel Island.
